- In the event that a shipment is undeliverable or returned to us due to reasons beyond our control, such as incorrect address information provided by the customer or failed delivery attempts, rc4me.US reserves the right to charge additional shipping fees for re-delivery or restocking.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a rc4me.US product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, rc4me.US reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. rc4me.US reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and charged. If you have already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, rc4me.US shall issue a refund in the amount of the incorrect price.

Return & Refund:
We accept unused products returned within 30 days of receipt. The packaging must be unopened and the content must be intact for being eligible for return. We do not accept returns due to shipping damage. We will not refund due to lost in shipment. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and we have to charge a 10% restocking fee. Once the returned product is received and checked, the refund will be returned to the original payment method.
