US Customers

All packages are shipped from Columbus, Ohio, USA, unless clearly stated. We ship to the US 50 states.

You might see you package in 2-5 days after we received your payment.

We use USPS shipping. Your shopping cart calculates the shipping cost for you.

 

About “Backorder”:

Some products may be sold out. And while we maintain the inventory frequently, it will notify us and get your order faster if you “Backorder”.

 

Customers from outside of USA:

Yes, we ship to many countries. Just choose your country in the list when checking out. The shipping price will be calculated after your full address is entered.

Other International Customers:

1. Please use the Contact Us form to send us your interested products. Just copy the product web links (URLs) to the form, tell us the quantity you want to order, together with the name of your country, city and zip code.

2. You will receive an email from us about the shipping price for your order. (Please add rc4me.us domain into your E-mail whitelist.)

3. Pay the total amount of your order and shipping fee to our PayPal account. Your detailed address is already in your PayPal account. We just need your phone number which is requested by the shipping agency.

4. Your order will be shipped as soon as the payment is received.

Ship from China warehouse:

If a product will be shipped from our warehouse in Mainland China, it is clearly stated on the product page. China is very busy around November 11 every year, and production is closed for 3 weeks around the Lunar New Year, so please be patient during these time.

Return & Refund:

We accept unused products returned within 30 days of receipt. The packaging must be unopened and the content must be intact for being eligible for return. We do not accept returns due to shipping damage. We will not refund due to lost in shipment. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and we have to charge a 10% restocking fee. Once the returned product is received and checked, the refund will be returned to the original payment method. When shipping, please write your order numer clearly on the outside of the package.
